Service Description
Your first session includes a full movement and injury assessment, hands-on treatment, and a recovery plan tailored to your goals. It’s the starting point to getting you out of pain and back to performing at your best.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Appointments can be booked online or directly through me. If you're unsure which service to choose or have questions before booking, feel free to reach out. Payment Payment is accepted at the time of booking or at the time of your appointment via e-transfer, debit, or credit card. Insurance Receipts As a Certified Athletic Therapist, I can provide insurance receipts for reimbursement if your plan covers athletic therapy. Let me know if you need one after your session. Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee Late Arrivals If you’re late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to stay on track with other clients. Full session fees apply. Health & Wellness If you're feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule. There's no penalty for rescheduling due to illness.
